I don’t think this is something a TO can fix, as you likely signed up using different emails on both events (why you show up 2x, there are many players that have common names, BCP recognizes this by using emails). My local TO said he fixed it, but I have no idea what that entails. Just curious who I would contact about my name on their 2x. Would be amazing if this could be changed! Is it possible to do a small adjustment in our Team name on the ITC ranking?
